We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your hat, please review the following policy to understand how to return or request a refund.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and tags
  • Be free from damage, stains, perfume, or signs of wear

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of confirmation and share the tracking number with us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect), we will cover all shipping costs.
  • For returns based on personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, size preference), return shipping is your responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like to order a different item, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.
